Vegan Parmesan Cheese



This Vegan Parmesan Cheese is a mix of ground almonds and nutritional yeast and only takes 2 minutes to make and it’s always good to have on hand. Mix it into pesto or other sauces, sprinkle it on top of pasta, use it in a risotto, or toss it with popcorn. It adds thickness, and a nutty, cheesy flavour


-1 cup ground almonds

-1/2 cup nutritional yeast

-Salt to taste


Mix all ingredients together and store in an airtight container or mason jar.

You can also make this in single serving amounts. Make sure that the amount of ground almonds is double the amount of nutritional yeast.
